No Labor Day holiday. Louie Decision Sept 7. Judge puts attorneys on tight clock

Lee Heidhues 9.1.2022

The saga of Leanna Louie’s attempt to force her way back onto the November 8, 2022 ballot after the City Attorney disqualified her will be resolved on September 7.

Following are the instructions to Leanna Louie’s attorneys and the San Francisco City Attorney issued by Judge Richard Ulmer.

When I saw the City Attorney’s pleadings are due at 5:00AM on Labor Day I contacted the office to ask if this was a “typo.” No. It’s not.
